We are the only firm that can offer you a fully automatic solution to
weighing and measuring the length and diameter of separate chicons and to
producing off-the-shelf packages.
Machine function
After being cleaned the chicons are put separately
on the chicon feeder.
Starting from a major number of weighed and measured chicons
the combination steering algorithm works out the packages with
the best possible minimum tolerance range, e. g. 500±5g,
based on the measured length as well as diameter tolerance.
The packages are put out while continuously ensuring they are being
handled with maximum care.
