„Blücher 80“ – A new energy-saving and low-wear dosing feeder mainly for the solids fed into biogas plants.

New patented principle
Instead of the usual dosing rollers for dissolving the bulk material, a conveyor with swinging tines grips into the drive, loosens the material and releases it evenly.
The floor of the bunker is a solid rubber belt running on conveyor rollers and thus transporting the bulk material with very small resistance.
Low power input ensures a very low-wear operation.
Continuous material flow allows the biogas plant to be fed perfectly.

Energy consumption
With maize and grass silage: 0,25 kwh/t.

Additional possibilities for the input and dosing of agricultural bulk materials, such as potatoes, fruits and vegetables or for the metered input and output of waste at waste disposal sites.
